For UAE Orders:

- Delivery Time: Once shipped, deliveries within the UAE generally take 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for UAE orders will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and chosen delivery option.
For China Orders:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: International deliveries to China can take approximately 7-20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.
- Shipping Fees: International shipping fees for China will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by China’s customs authorities.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Information

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Shipments: If your order tracking shows no progress for an extended period, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
